Gajner Palace is a pure architectural beauty reflecting the brilliant Rajput architecture. The Palace is constructed in red sandstone with beautifully carved pillars, jharokas, and even consists of a sanctuary housing blackbucks, Chinkara, sand grouse etc.
The palace sprawls across an area of 6000 acres and has four main divisions- The Gulab Niwas, The Champa Niwas, The Dungar Niwas, and The Mandir Chowk. Best Time to Visit Gajner Palace
Gajner Palace being located close to Bikaner follows the same climatic conditions as of the Bikaner city. It is not at all convenient to visit this place in the summer seasons as the weather this time is extremely hot with temperature soaring to 48 degrees and covered in hot sandstorms.
The monsoon season is not good either as there is not heavy rainfall, so the weather remains hot and humid.
